Creating Logo intro

I wanted to create a modern and cool looking intro for Aimee video, the one that stand out. So I went and research on how to do such a thing using after affect. With the help of my research i was able to Attempt and created it. The process below is just a quick example, because there’s to much details in the keyframing and etc…

First I Create a new solid background then apply the radio wave effect plugin, where it let the thing to move like a wave, and did few adjustment with the setting. I also needs to create a mask so that I can adjust the effect later if I wanted to. Hence the yellow circle is the mask and the design will alter if I alter the yellow circle.  I need to changes the color to the brand color and key frame the necessarily changes that I wishes to have before proceeding to the next step

After getting the animation to flow the way I want it to be then need to add in a new layer and set gradiant to overlay where I can alter the path for the design to follow. I need to change from linear to angle like on the screenshot.

Then i need to create an adjustment layer where it let me to control the animation on the circle by using the time displacement effect.

After done with that process I then just play around with the effect and the values to get the shape that I wanted.

 After completed with the animation I then proceed to add in the logo and adjust it so that the both object can match. and in order me to do this i need to create a new composition then i drag the Circle animation that I have created into the new comp. Then adding the logo parts.

I want the logo to fade out after the animation completed so that it can create the professional look. This is done by key frame the opacity transform.

Final Promotional materials

After getting the business card right and with feedback from people I was able to distribute it design throughout the rest of the promotional materials with ease. The reason I chose dark colour scheme because it seem more unique and sleek looking than white which can look okay but it will not be as great as the dark one. Also the dark colour scheme tied in with the website and the brand style more.

These Designs have been design with print in mind. All bleed and margin had already been assigned.

Logo Adjustment

The hand and the wrist have been re adjusted according to the client feedback, she said that it’s the wrong way of play the bodhran.
